Critical Incident Stress Debriefing & Diffusion (CISD)
|
One to two-hour session to assist employees affected by a violent or traumatic incident at the workplace. Counselors trained in critical incident stress debriefing and diffusion meet with personnel soon after the incident to assist with processing any emotional and psychological trauma. Counselors assist with referrals for additional services, as needed.

Developing a Safety Team for Preventing Workplace Violence
|
A seminar that assists executive management and human resource personnel in terms of developing an internal safety team to respond to incidents of work-place violence. The consultants help an organization select appropriate personnel for the safety team, develop policy and procedures, and help the team develop a plan to promote and communicate safety issues within the organization as a whole.
